How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I was in a car accident when I was 21. I had pain and no idea why. I started seeing a chiropractor and she hired me as he office manager a few months into care. A week later she told me to choose a massage school and she would pay for it. I didn't have any interest in it until I spent my first day in school. From then on I haven't wanted to do anything else. That was over 14 years ago.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I specialize in TMJ and headache therapy. Not many massage therapists in the valley even have that training. I have over 200 hours in advanced neuromuscular re-education that distinguishes me as not just a licensed massage therapist (LMT) but also an advanced neuromuscular therapist or ANMT. We focus on therapeutic wellness and giving our clients home care in connection with their massage.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have one location with no plans at this time to expand. We would like to focus all of our energy into our current location.
